The California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR) is seeking maintenance, calibration, inspection, and repair services for the Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) system at the California State Prison, Solano water treatment plant. Interested vendors must participate in a mandatory walk-through of the facility before submitting a quote package. Walk-throughs must be scheduled through Martha Gallegos and Billy Ray Butler before April 5. The deadline to submit a bid package is 2 p.m. on May 7. Ashley Koewler is the point of contact for this RFQ.

The solicitation requires interested vendors to complete the walk-through and submit their bid packages on time to be considered for this opportunity. If it is deemed in the best interest of the CDCR, the resulting agreement may be amended to extend the term and/or increase funding consistent with the original Scope of Services.

The performance period for this agreement is from July 1, 2024, to June 30, 2027. The initial agreement not exceeding $180,000 is stated in the RFQ documents.
